The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom was excellent; everything was shining. The hotel facilities were modern and new; it looked like it had recently been renovated. The location was perfect for us because it was very close to the metro station. This made it very easy for us to navigate the city. The staff was friendly and provided us with excellent service.
Nothing is perfect.

Great location, quiet yet close to city central. Big room with comfy bed. Clean bathroom, stayed clean. Accessible by local transport. Close to shopping center. Friendly staff. Good facilities in room. Free and good WiFi signal.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, very close to the metro station. Some rooms provided a pretty good view from the window, and the bathroom was nice and big. the balconies offered some much-needed privacy, and the room was spacious.
The level of cleanliness was substandard, with marks on the walls, extremely dirty floors, and garbage under the beds in some rooms.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and clean. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.
It was a bit confusing upon arrival as there was no clear reception desk or signage. Communication with the staff was difficult at times due to language barriers.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the clean and spacious room. the bed was comfy, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. the hotel's location was convenient since it was close to public transport, making exploring the city easy. I also enjoyed the nearby bars and restaurants.
My experience wasn't the best. the staff was quite unfriendly, and the service was poor.
